What Is a Health Coach?

A health coach is a supportive mentor and wellness authority who helps individuals make positive health choices by tailoring advice and protocols to the client's unique body, lifestyle, preferences, and goals. They focus on holistic health - encompassing nutrition, physical activity, stress management, and emotional wellness - to foster a balanced approach to living a healthier, happier life. Health coaches facilitate overall wellness and help clients implement sustainable lifestyle changes. They work with clients to identify obstacles to their health goals and develop strategies to overcome them, providing motivation and accountability along the way. Through personalized sessions, a health coach empowers individuals to take charge of their health and achieve long-lasting transformation. Each and every Health Coach has their own approach to wellness. Although they have the same goal, it is wise to find a Health Coach you believe is a fit for you.

With bi-weekly sessions, weekly check-ins, and personalized support, I'll help guide you towards sustainable lifestyle changes. My program includes individualized functional nutritional guidance, a food journal, and tools to overcome barriers and unhelpful thoughts. Single sessions are also available for ongoing support and flexibility.
