My journey in fitness began with a passion for playing basketball and football, which earned me a full scholarship to attend Lackawanna College. A bad knee injury ended my football career early, leading me to complete my studies and athletic journey at William Paterson University. There, I studied sports management, which deepened my understanding of the athletic world and further fueled my passion for fitness.
Playing sports taught me the importance of dedication, perseverance, and the incredible impact that physical activity can have on both the body and the mind. This realization led me to become a personal trainer. I believe helping people improve their physical and mental well-being is God’s work and is my purpose. Being a man of God, I am committed to serving. My mission is to motivate and inspire confidence in my clients so that they can crush their goals and accomplish far more than what they ever imagined.

Neiderling is a dynamic and passionate health coach and licensed mental health therapist who seamlessly blends her expertise in physical fitness and mental wellness to empower her clients towards achieving their health and wellness goals. With her 7 years in the fitness industry, Neiderling’s dedication and achievements have inspired countless individuals on their fitness journeys.
Her academic credentials are equally impressive, having obtained both her bachelor's and master's degrees in Social Work from Rutgers University. These qualifications have provided her with a solid foundation in understanding human behavior, social environments, and the complexities of mental health issues. Neiderling has also earned a health coach certification from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition (IIN), further enhancing her expertise. While specializing in nutritional psychology, Neiderling explores the profound connection between diet and mental health.

Raven Santiago
MA, LMT, Certified Health Coach
A certified health coach and licensed massage therapist with a rich educational background in integrative medicine. With over six years of hands-on experience, Raven has become a trusted figure in the wellness community, known for her holistic approach to health and well-being. Her journey into the world of healing began with a deep fascination for how lifestyle choices directly impact physical and mental health. Being the eldest child in a family struggling with addiction, this pursuit became natural, leading her to rigorous training in both health coaching and massage therapy, complemented by her studies in integrative medicine.
Raven has had different seasons in her life, from being completely vegan for 8 years, to now considering herself plant based with a balanced diet. She has made movement a part of her life in and out of the gym, but will always consider nature the best medicine.
Raven’s unique approach is centered on the belief that the body and mind are interconnected, and that true healing begins with understanding how specific lifestyle patterns manifest physically. In her practice, she combines the science of traditional medicine with alternative healing techniques to create personalized wellness plans for her clients. Whether it's through one-on-one coaching sessions or therapeutic bodywork, Raven's goal is to empower individuals to take charge of their health and find balance in their lives. From nutrition and exercise, to stress management and mindfulness, Raven is dedicated to helping her clients discover the path to a healthier, happier life.
