My journey in fitness began with a passion for playing basketball and football, which earned me a full scholarship to attend Lackawanna College. A bad knee injury ended my football career early, leading me to complete my studies and athletic journey at William Paterson University. There, I studied sports management, which deepened my understanding of the athletic world and further fueled my passion for fitness. Playing sports taught me the importance of dedication, perseverance, and the incredible impact that physical activity can have on both the body and the mind. This realization led me to become a personal trainer. I believe helping people improve their physical and mental well-being is God’s work and is my purpose. Being a man of God, I am committed to serving. My mission is to motivate and inspire confidence in my clients so that they can crush their goals and accomplish far more than what they ever imagined. Neiderling is a certified personal trainer, nutrition coach, and licensed mental health therapist who takes a holistic approach to helping clients build sustainable habits. Her style focuses on laying strong foundations, whether that means creating a well balanced plate or learning the exercises that support your goals. She blends fitness, nutrition, and mental wellness to help clients make choices that support long term health and consistent results. When she’s not coaching, you’ll probably find her watching documentaries or planning her next getaway!

With nearly a decade of experience as a licensed massage therapist and certification as a health coach, Raven takes a holistic approach to bodywork and wellness. Her philosophy focuses on helping each client reconnect with their body through intentional care, movement, and awareness. Blending advanced therapeutic techniques with her expertise in overall health, Raven creates treatments that relieve pain, restore mobility, and support lasting well-being for every body.
